By placing an order on this website or when placing an order by phone you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Flower availability and substitution

All products are subject to availability.

Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and of equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Where this is necessary, and we deem the substitution to be significant, we will try to contact you via phone or email. Foliage and sundries including vases and baskets may be substituted without notice, however we will endeavour to make the substitution as near to the advertised product as possible.

If we are unable to contact you via the contact methods provided up until the product is to be made, we will assume that you accept the substitution.

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (or the substitute product is not acceptable) we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 14 days after the order has been placed.

We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery/collection. The exception to this are summer and spring flowers which are guaranteed for a minimum period of 5 days.

Damaged Flowers

All our floral products are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they were first made, however sometimes flowers can get damaged in transportation. Should this occur, please contact us immediately so what we can arrange a replacement floral product for you. Please note that it may be necessary to return the original product in order to receive the replacement product, we can arrange to pick the product up or in some cases (depending on extent of damage) sending a photo of the damaged item will be sufficient.

If the damaged floral product is for a nominated recipient, again please contact us immediately regarding the damaged flowers so we can arrange a replacement product to be delivered or if not acceptable a full refund may be given (subject to agreement).


Delivery will be within 48 hours of placing order unless specified for an agreed particular date.

To avoid any problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Late Deliveries

Although here at Fleurisa we will ensure your flowers are delivered at the agreed time of delivery, due to unforeseen circumstances your delivery may be later than anticipated. If this does occur we will contact you to inform you of the change in time (if over one hour over agreed delivery time) and guarantee your delivery will be on the same day as requested on your order.

If for any reason the late delivery cannot be accepted we will offer a refund or the option to choose a floral product to be delivered free of charge at a more convenient time.


In the event of non-delivery on a specific date (or later than 48 hours after placing of order) we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or if for a nominated recipient and beyond acceptable timeframe, a full refund will be provided.
